Welcome to Ottavia! Ottavia (“the App”) is a mobile application operated by Communication Band LTD that helps users sync their personal health and wellness data from various sources and provides AI-based insights tailored to their data. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Ottavia. By downloading, accessing, or using Ottavia, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Ottavia.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ottavia. For users aged 13 to 18, you may use Ottavia only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using Ottavia, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Your data is processed both on your device and on our servers, and parts of it are shared with the providers named in the Privacy Policy in order to operate the App.

We commit to using your data responsibly and securely. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or marketers. The providers who process data on our behalf in order to operate the App are named in the Privacy Policy.

Ottavia does not sell your data or share it with third parties other than the providers named in the Privacy Policy, who process it on our behalf in order to operate the App, and except where the law requires us to disclose it.

5. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

Ottavia is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The insights and recommendations provided by Ottavia’s AI are for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare provider for any medical condition or treatment decisions.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Ottavia for any unlawful purpose, to engage in any conduct that may harm Ottavia, or to misuse the app in ways including but not limited to:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer the app
• Interfering with other users’ enjoyment of the app
• Accessing or using the app in any way that breaches these Terms or any applicable laws and regulations

You also agree not to:

• Introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful material into the app.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its underlying systems.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, and trademarks in Ottavia are owned by or licensed to Ottavia. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Ottavia for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not use Ottavia or its content for any commercial purposes, including selling, reselling, or distributing the app or its services, without prior written permission.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of The United Kingdom.
