Affiliates receiving consumer health data: none.
Anthropic may process selected consumer health data for limited quality or safety evaluation only where permitted by law and after any affirmative voluntary consent required for that separate purpose has been obtained. You may withdraw that consent as described in Section 3.
We do not permit a third party to collect consumer health data over time and across unrelated websites or online services when a consumer uses Ottavia.
3 Consent and Withdrawal
Where collection is not necessary to provide a product or service you requested, we obtain affirmative voluntary consent before collection. Where sharing requires consent, the sharing consent is separate and distinct from collection consent. A consent request identifies the health-data categories, purposes, recipient categories and withdrawal method. You may withdraw consent by using an available in-app control or emailing support@ottavia.band. Withdrawal stops future consent-based collection or sharing for the relevant purpose.
4 Your Nevada Rights
- Confirm whether we collect, share or sell consumer health data about you.
- Receive a list of third parties with whom your consumer health data has been shared or sold.
- Request that we cease collecting, sharing or selling your consumer health data.
- Request deletion of consumer health data about you.
- Review and request correction of consumer health data that we can correct.
- Appeal a refusal to act on your request.
Submit requests and appeals to support@ottavia.band. We may request information reasonably necessary to authenticate the request. We will respond without undue delay and no later than 45 days after authentication, subject to one legally permitted extension of up to 45 additional days. Deletion from active systems and notices to applicable recipients will be handled within the periods required by Nevada law; deletion from archived or backup systems may be delayed only as Nevada law permits. An appeal response will be provided within 45 days. If an appeal is denied, we will provide the Nevada Attorney General's contact information.
5 Security and Access
We limit employee and processor access to consumer health data to what is reasonably necessary for the consented purpose or a product or service requested by the consumer. We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature and volume of the data. We do not use geofences around health-care locations to identify or track consumers, collect consumer health data, or send health-related messages or advertising.
6 Changes to This Notice
We will notify consumers of material changes as required by law. We will not add consumer-health categories, recipients or purposes merely through a silent update where affirmative voluntary consent is required.
